Hormonal Balance 1 hour session
How our hormones are functioning affects everything else in our body. We are not made up of separate, isolated parts, we are all connected, and every part of us is in communication all the time.
So whether it is our stress hormones, thyroid hormones, hunger hormones or sex hormones that are out of balance, it will have a knock on effect on the others, as well as the general functioning of our immune system, our cardiovascular system, our gut health, brain health and more.
If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, depression, unwanted weight gain or loss, irritability, mood swings, restless sleep, hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, lack of motivation and purpose then hormones could be a factor.

Gut Health 1 hour session
Gut health describes the activity of your entire gastrointestinal tract, which starts with your mouth and ends with your anus. It is much more than just the stomach.
Signs of poor gut health may include symptoms such as reflux / heartburn, bloating, discomfort, constipation and/or diarrhoea, as well as fatigue, anxiety, body aches and depression.
Having poor gut health can mean that you don’t absorb as much of the nutrients that you need, from the food that you eat. It can also lead to overgrowths of certain bacteria that can affect your overall wellbeing and add to bloating and discomfort.
If you’re feeling generally unwell and fatigued, improving your gut health is a great place to start.
Book a 1 hour session, and we can see where you are at and how you can improve your gut health. If deemed necessary, I may recommend testing from an outside source.

Since going to NuGlow's menopause event and listening to Rebecca talk about the nutrition link to menopause symptoms, I now understand the way my body has been crying out. I have since made a few changes, and have been very conscious as to what I'm fuelling my body with, one being the importance of green veg. In just 10 days, not only have I lost weight, I'm also sleeping far better. For the first time in 5 years I'm not jumping about with restless legs, something I thought I'd have to live with forever! To me this has been a massive change that I can only put down to the foods I've been eating. I can't tell you how lovely it is not to dread bedtime! If my legs have improved I can only imagine how the rest of my body is enjoying these small changes and I'll happily continue on my healthier journey.

I had two session with Bex which focused on hormone balance and gut health. I can honestly say, it was a game changer for me! Being a busy working mum of two young ones, I often felt overwhelmed with all the health information we are faced with everyday on social media etc. But she provided logical information and we set achievable goals which I was able to implement into my everyday life. These women have got together and made it their mission to make their deprived neighbourhood ‘a cleaner, safer and more pleasant place to live.’
They ‘encourage and support residents by providing information as well as helping everyone make the changes they want to see happen in their area.’
10% of all programme fees will go toward this initiative.
Sometimes, as women, it can be difficult to invest money, energy and time into ourselves. We are often positioned at the bottom of the pile and feel guilty when we focus our money and energy on ourselves, when at the same time we do a lot of nurturing for others.
